<p>選出各獎項後，於2021年11月舉辦《香港股票分析師協會 —
上市公司年度大獎》，以現場頒獎禮及數碼播放形式，頒發各個獎項予各得獎上市公司，並廣邀本港各金融機構參與。同場邀請本港財金界名人出任主禮嘉賓。</p>

<h3>條款及付款細則 </h3>
<ol class="list">
<li>參加機構並不表示一定會獲取奬項，一切決議由大會專業評審團作最後裁決。</li>
<li>得獎機構如需大會活動商標用作宣傳用途，必須預先經主辦單位同意有關之設計及宣傳途徑方可使用，宣傳期限為活動起計1年內。</li>
<li>主辦單位擁有所有宣傳及祝賀廣告之設計及內容的最終決定權。</li>
<li>主辦單位將保留更改活動名稱、演出者、主持人、地點、內容、型式等，並不會預先通知。</li>
<li>此合約廣告之時段將受突發事件 (如 : 政府廣播，特別新聞或其他國際性重要事項)影響而不能如期播出，將不作重新安排播出。</li>
<li>如因不可抗力或發生超出主辦單位控制範圍之內的事故而引致主辦單位無法履行上述列出的宣傳項目，主辦單位有權以其他項目取代，參與機構 /
公司不可因此退出或取消參加是次活動，已付款項不予退還及繳付應付賬款。</li>
<li>主辦單位不會就參與機構 /
公司所提供的宣傳內容或資料於播放或刊載時因失敗、遺留、錯誤或缺陷引起的或與之相關的任何索賠訴訟、損害、損失、利潤、賠償、費用或開支等均不對參與機構 /公司承擔責任。
</li>
<li>就是次活動所撰寫或製作之宣傳物品的文稿、材料、影片、聲帶等的所有版權均屬於主辦單位全權擁有，並只可於獲主辦單位授權之單位播放或刊載。如欲轉載或於其他渠道使用必須先以書面形式取得主辦單位許可。
</li>
<li>本確認書一經簽妥，不得取消。</li>
<li>本確認書一經簽訂後，<b>所有宣傳費用必須要在頒獎典禮舉行日期前一星期內繳付全數金額。</b></li>
<li>主辦單位保留延遲或取消是次活動之權利。</li>
<li>本確認書之有效期為2021年9月30日。</li>
